Brookfield were delighted to host a terrific morning of tennis at the Spring Charity League 4/5 Final which took place on Tuesday morning.

It was a thrilling match and like any good final went down to the wire with Glenageary pipping Brookfield to the post.

Betsy Walsh, representing the Charity League organising committee, thanked Brookfield Members for being such gracious hosts.  The presentation of the trophy was a very happy occasion shared by all the finalists and the large number of supporters. 

Again, congratulations to our team, captained by Sandra Maguire, Cearuil Morrissey, Deirdre Herbert, Eimer Breslin, Derval Fitzgerald, Maeve O’Sullivan on getting to the final and bringing the match to Brookfield.  Their winning prize of €350 will go to the Women’s’ Refuge in Rathmines..
