ACCESS TO CLUB

Members only have use of the Club Tennis Courts.

Please take care when responding to a request for access into the club; checking who is at the gate, before releasing the lock.

All Non Members are treated as Visitors.

Visitors

A Member may invite a Visitor to the Club, as per the Club Regulations as follows:

The Member is responsible for signing his/her Visitor into the Club and paying the €5 fee, before play commences.

Visitors should be signed into the Visitors Book provided in the Entrance Hall and the fee lodged in the internal post box. This is important, both for the insurance purposes and for identifying people who are on the premises.

The Member's Name and the Visitor’s Name should be clearly written on the envelope provided.

Visitors are subject to the Regulations of the Club in the same way as a Member. An individual may only be introduced as a Visitor up to 5 times per annum.

Junior members may only introduce visitors at specific times, as approved and notified by the Junior Committee.
